Helite Airshow
The Airshow Blouson Jacket from Helite is a real all-rounder. A mandatory requirement of the jacket is the use of the Helite airbag. The jacket serves as outerwear, which is worn over the airbag. Despite the many functions, it cannot be distinguished from a conventional jacket. Fashionably beautiful are the buttons in the front. With open collar you have three metal buttons and with closed collar you have four metal buttons. The jacket is made of the special TEKSERIE® membrane, which makes it breathable and wind- and waterproof, so it can be worn even in colder weather without any problems. Together with the Helite airbag it offers 17-24 litres of protection for the neck, spine, chest, pelvis, coccyx, head, collarbone and internal organs. The airbag is triggered by a rip cord, which is attached to the saddle immediately after or before mounting. In addition to the impact protection, the entire upper body is stabilized against twisting. The fear of unintentional deployment is unfounded, as a force of 300N (30 kg) is required to deploy the airbag. A full protective effect is achieved after only 80-100 milliseconds and even during the deployment process important parts of the body are protected without full pressure.
